DavidWayneAssociates LLC has developed a comprehensive search process to make your job search effective. Our search process is specific for each candidate we represent although the following is a general framework of our process.

• First we will speak via telephone and then meet in person to determine the following:
  
  
  • Gain an understanding of the type of position you are interested in.
  • Understand your technical skills, past experiences and education.
  • Formulate an opinion of the type of organization and culture that will be the best fit for you.
    
    
• We will develop a customized marketing plan for you including tapping into our extensive network of clients.
  
  
• Upon identifying an opportunity, we will notify you about the particulars of the position and organization. Together we will determine whether it is an opportunity worth pursuing.
  
  
• We will confidentially present your profile to the organization which will be followed by interviews conducted by them directly either at their location or ours.
  
  
• We represent our candidates in compensation negotiations to assist you in obtaining the best possible compensation package.
  
  
• If requested we will be involved in the checking of references as well as any requested background checks.
  
  
• We gladly extend and accept all offers to our candidates.
