Brett
Weisberg
received his Bachelors Degree from the State University of
New York in 1991. Brett joined the Staffing Industry as a
search consultant in 1996. Prior to founding DavidWayneAssociates
LLC in 2002, Brett worked for an international search firm
in various management capacities. Brett has managed and executed
searches in a multitude of professional disciplines including,
but not limited to Accounting & Finance, Office &
Administrative, Information Technology and Creative Professionals.
Since forming DavidWayneAssociates LLC Brett has assisted
numerous organizations throughout the Delaware Valley hire
and retain top candidates.
Pete
Chimera received a Bachelors Degree in Accounting
from Moravian College in 1988. He spent the beginning part of
his career as a Staff Accountant for Prudential Insurance Company.
He has been in the staffing business since 1996 with two different
international staffing firms. In September of 2001 Pete started
Oxford Financial Staffing before merging that company with DavidWayneAssociates
LLC in 2002. Pete has been involved in the recruiting process
of thousands of candidates in the Accounting, Financial, Sales,
Staffing, Temporary and Marketing disciplines. Since co-founding
DavidWayneAssociates LLC Pete has assisted clients and candidates
in the hiring process of numerous positions.
