candidate efficient and cost effective. Our search process is specific
for each position we recruit for, although the following is a general
framework of our process.
- First
we will gain an understanding of the position you are recruiting
for. If requested, we will help you create a job description.

Together we will develop the criteria the qualified candidate
will possess including technical skills, past experiences and
education.
- We
will gain an understanding of your organization, its culture
and business goals through an on-site visit.
- We
will develop a customized recruiting plan for you including advertising
methods and tapping into our extensive network of industry professionals.
- A
member of our professional staff will conduct all pre-screening
steps including interviews via telephone and in-person.
- You
will be presented with the finalists from our screening process
to interview (in your facility or ours).
- Once
a candidate has been decided upon we will work with you to design
a compensation plan if requested, and work with you to extend
the offer.
- We
will check the candidates references as well as perform
any requested background checks.
