Sr. Audit Manager

International Tax Manager

Responsibilities:
• Prepare federal and state tax provisions of domestic subsidiaries.
• Review international tax provisions prepared by foreign subsidiaries.
• Reconcile federal, state and international tax accounts – current and deferred.

 
Requirements

• 5 or more years of progressive experience in public accounting or private industry with at least 3 years experience in International Tax.
• Big 4 Public Accounting Firm tax experience a plus.
• Experience in SOX 404 documentation in the tax function a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with emphasis on interacting well with tax professionals and other departments in finance to resolve complex tax issues.

Sr. Financial Analyst

Responsibilities include:
• Provide financial and research analysis support to various business teams in their development of profit improvement opportunities.
• Assist the CFO and President in the analysis of acquisition and other growth / investment opportunities. Support all acquisition-related activity as directed.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to business processes through the review and benchmarking of key operational metrics.
• Create and maintain a database of profit center results for use in assessing key performance indicators through statistical analysis or other fact-based means. Present findings to senior management.
• Provide research support to management on financial results of and developments in wholesale distribution competitors and non-competitors.

 
Requirements

• Four or more years of relevant work experience
